Brand UltraMount
Characteristics Mounting medium is formulated for coverslipping sections stained with chromogens such as DAB or AEC. It is compatible with alcohol soluble chromogens such as AEC and liquid fast red. When it is dry, it generates an even surface and can be used without a glass coverslip.
Protocol Apply several drops of mounting medium to stained specimens and incubate at 37°C for 1 hour or at room temperature for longer period until dry. To remove Mounting Media, soak overnight in water.

Precaution of Use 1. Take reasonable precautions when handling reagents. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
2. Avoid contact of reagents with eyes, mucous membranes and skin. If reagents come into contact with sensitive areas, wash with copious amounts of water.
3. Consult local or state authorities with regard to recommended method of disposal.
4. Avoid microbial contamination of reagents.
Storage RT
Storage Comment The user must validate any other storage conditions. When properly stored, the reagent is stable to the date indicated on the label. Do not use the reagent beyond the expiration date.
