Characteristics SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer is a kind of 5 × concentrated solution which based on Bromophenol blue dye. This reagent contains SDS, DTT, Glycerol, Bromophenol blue, Tris-HCL buffer, ect. It can be used for common SDS－PAGE protein sample loading. Kit Components Components
Sample Preparation
  1. Dissolve the SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer, 5 × in water bath at room temperature or not exceeding 37℃. After dissolving, store at room temperature immediately. 2. Mix sample with SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer, 5 × at the ratio 4:1 (i.e. add 4myl sample into 1myl of SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer). 3. Fully denaturize sample at 100℃ or boiling water bath for 3-5 min. 4. Cool the sample to room temperature, then load and electrophorese. 5. Stop electrophoresis when Bromophenol blue dye arrives at the bottom of gels.
